Not pertaining to the physical store...I ordered over $200 of goods, and received a sweater with the security tag still attached. I do not live in a location where I have access to a store to have it removed. I have been waiting for compensation for a month for the mistake on behalf of the company, but haven't received anything (though I was told it would be sent my email, and then by mail). It's now at a point where I am not willing to send the garment away (a knit sweater) because by the time I receive it back, it will be summer!!! What an absolute waste of time, and every representative I talked to flat out refused any kind of monetary compensation...just telling me I needed to mail it at my own cost and be refunded shipping AFTER, or wait until I can get to a store. After much nagging, I was offered a 20% off coupon which I never received. I will never be shopping within the American Eagle family ever again!! As someone who has been in customer service over 10 years, this company is a JOKE! Terrible values!
