a staff member conned me into buying frames showing me the catalog explaining how i could have any of the colored lenses i wanted(we had at least a 10-15 minute conversation about lenses for that frame i liked) The frames came with black lenses initially so i came back to get a second set of lenses for driving and the new staff member informs me the first person i talked too was full of crap and there arent any other colors available for the frames i was sold except black and clear. wow...ok, thats fine, i would like a refund. new staff member informs me that is not possible however exchange for store credit is, i am going to imply here that the two staff members know what they are doing here and set this up (i cant be the only one) well since i CANT get MY money back and the frames i bought arent good for what i bought them for as is so i gotta try and pick out something else out and pay whatever difference is. this definitely hurt my image of oakley. i wont be shopping at this store anymore gonna try the other ones if i decide not to order online from now on
